RAM rumor suggests that Galaxy Note 7 will have 6GB, which is 2GB more than its predecessor. According to a report from GSMArena, the handset will also feature 1024 pressure points.

This is probably incorrect since by doing that, the device will be downgraded from the Note 5 which had doubled the number of pressure points. In terms of storage, the device will have 64GB or 128GB UFS 2.0 internal storage options.
