Some brand new weapon skins are also brought forth the update. These are the JTF-2 skin, the Dwyer hill skin and the USA winter camo skin. Players can purchase these skins by spending the in-game currency Renown or by using R6 credits.
Another skin that can only be purchased using R6 credits is also added to the game by the expansion pack. This special skin has been named Black Ice.
The update comes with a brand new feature which is called the spectator camera. This feature enables an 11th player to spectate when a team of five players is taking on another team with the same number of players.
It enables a player to witness the match in real time. The viewer could pick up useful tips and tricks related to the game while watching the match.
The two new operators will come as free content for all fans who possess the Season Pass for the game. However, players who do not own the Season Pass will have to spend 25,000 Renown to purchase the operators.
Apart from the new additions the Operation Black Ice also brings a number of bugs and error fixes and tweaks to the game.
