There Will Be A Grunt in A Mech Suit in Halo 5: Guardians, Forge Canvas and New Maps Revealed For Halo 5: Guardians!

Halo 5: Guardians will feature a player vs. enemy mode called Warzone Firefight. Gamers can also expect a lot of new additions to this game. 343 Industries, the developer of Halo 5: Guardians, has showcased two of these upcoming additions. There will be a new enemy boss called the Grunt Goblin and Wasp, a usable aircraft. A Grunt Goblin is actually an Elite Grunt, who will be operating under a mech suit.

It is a behemoth and looks more like a giant Grunt. Steve Dyck, the character designer, told Polygon that this battle suit’s backstory is that it was developed by Grunts and for Grunts. The Grunt designers agreed that it was the perfect combination of lethality and agility. However, you can obviously expect the results to be unpredictable when there is a jockey or a Grunt driver controlling this mighty battle suit.

If you are a Halo veteran, you should remember that Grunts always showed with memorable phrases, but they were cannon fodder. The Grunt Goblin will be dangerous but more or less remains the same.

This character will carry a double-barreled Needler that can target eight players together, during a barrage. If the Needler is disabled, it will start using its alternative weapon, a Grenade Launcher. In a single melee, it can destroy a light vehicle or a Spartan. It can disable larger vehicles with its EMP burst.

The Grunt Goblin will appear as a boss in Warzone besides Warzone Firefight. Wasp is the new aircraft coming as a new addition to the Firefight update. This UNSC aircraft will join the Hornet and Sparrowhawk, and it will be usable in the game. It is a VTOL aircraft that is equipped with rocket launchers and machine guns.

The Wasp is suitable for swift hit and runs attacks and it is quite lightweight. You will need a particular Req card to use it in Warzone, but you can also place it in custom Forge maps. The Firefight update will be coming to Halo 5: Guardians by the end of June. In the meantime, you can check all the changes that are coming to this game.

It was recently announced by 343 Industries that it is collaborating with a lot of companies to produce new Halo merchandize.

The titular PvE mode is coming but in addition to that, the game will actually be a combination of Halo 5: Warzone and Halo 3 ODST’s Firefight. The update will introduce new maps, new achievements and weapon skins, a new mode for Campaign Score Attack, new armor and vehicles along with a new canvas designed for the Forge Toolkit in Halo 5.

Prospect is a new map, and it is featured below. The game is set in a mining facility. It will offer trench locations and snipe positions for both up-close and cover combat. Hog Wild was the last update for Halo 5: Guardians, released back in May. It introduced new weapon modifications and vehicles but didn’t include any new maps. The developers were saving them for the Warzone Firefight update.
