The Winds of Winter Could Feature a Major Twist, Young Griff Is Probably the Mummer’s Dragon, And More Details!

One of the spoilers indicates that Griff and Young Griff will not be featured in the season 5 TV series of Game of Thrones.  Neither Griff nor Young Griff will be featured on the little raft ride, except for Tyrion Lannister. It is possible to understand the skipping of the Essos version of Huckleberry Finn, but Young Griff is quite an important character. This is because, in reality, he is Aegon Targaryen, the son and heir of Rhaegar, who was switched by Varys at birth and transported out of Westeros. It is he and not Daenerys, who has the best claim to the Seven Kingdoms, besides Stannis of House Baratheon.

The dragon comes with three heads, and he is certainly one of them. At the same time, according to the Quaithe of Asshai prophecy told to Daenerys Targaryen, she must beware the ‘’mummer’s dragon’’. The fan community has considered this to be a false dragon or a false Targaryen. It suggests that Aegon might not be the real Aegon but simply a trump card in Varys’s pocket. Since he has been left out of the show, it lends credence to the theory that he is unoriginal.
