Kim Richards from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been arrested for drunken behavior at a restaurant. This is not all, Richards is also charged for battery against a police officer and for resisting arrest.
Richards was arrested from the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She was drunk and was reportedly causing a lot of nuisance to the other guests present at the lounge. She looked drunk and when security personnel tried to walk her out.
Before going of the restaurant, Kim Richards wanted to use the restroom and then refused to come out from there. According to the report by Lincoln Hoshino, the Beverly Hills Police Lt., Richard had slurred speech and insolent behaviour she cursed and assaulted the officers and resisted arrest.
Kim Richards who is one of the cast members of the hit reality series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, was pulled out of the restroom. While the officers were booking Richards she tried to kick one of the male officers in the groin, but kicked his leg instead. If Kim Richards is found guilty, she will face arrest for two years and six months.
E! News has reported that Kim Richards has checked into a rehab. Her alcohol issue was a major subject on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She finally seems to have taken charge and decided to mend the habit after the fiasco at the Polo Lounge.
US Weekly sources have confirmed that Kim Richards is not going to come back to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The 50 year old star had been a part of the show for five years and had become a regular since 2014.
Richards has been struggling with sobriety issues in the past months and this has become a major issue with her appearance in the show. An insider has informed that the producers of the reality series are not interested to bring her back on the show. They want her to get help for her problem, but want it to happen outside the show.
While Richards is out for the upcoming season The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, her sister Kyle Richards is going to continue.
