In the interview with OWN, Lisa Rinna said that being an entrepreneur she needs to do things that would make her business become successful and if being on television helps that then she has to continue doing so.

Rinna said that since she knew the other housewives on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she was more comfortable to go ahead and join the show. However, Lisa Rinna’s husband, Harry Hamlin wasn’t keen on her joining the show.
Not only did he say that he wouldn’t want to have anything to do with her if she joined the show, he even threatened to divorce her if she decided to go and finally join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Lisa Rinna said that her husband read up about the show and the positives that would come into their lives if she joined it and he turned around and decided to support her in her decision. It looks like her husband realized that the paychecks don’t hurt and he is soaking up in the success that his wife is enjoying thanks to the show.
Lisa Rinna also said that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills gave her a platform to embrace her true self. It helped her let the fire inside her burn brighter. She always knew that she always had a voice deep inside her, but it was this opportunity that gave her the permission to bring it out.
