The Legend of Zelda Wii U to Be Unveiled at The E3 2016, 500 Lucky Fans Will Be Able to Play a Demo Version Before the Game Is Released!

It is likely that the company will reveal the release date for the game at the upcoming E3 2016 event. A particular message posted on the official Twitter handle of Nintendo America read- “The new Legend of #Zelda will be the focus of #E3 2016. It will launch simultaneously on both Wii U and NX in 2017.”

As per a number of reports, The Legend of Zelda Wii U will be much improved compared to its predecessors. The delay in the release date of the game will allow the developers to fine tune the game and polish it further thus taking it closer to perfection. Apparently, the wait for the game will be worth it as the game will certainly be able to meet the expectations of the eager fans.

Another reason for which Nintendo is abstaining from releasing the game in the ongoing year could be the fact that a number of massive games are set to make their debut during the holiday season of 2016. The list includes the likes of Horizon: Zero Dawn, Red Dead Redemption and Titanfall 2.

It is unlikely that The Legend of Zelda Wii U will be able to hold its own amongst these biggies and thus the developers decided to push its release date back to 2017.
