The Legend of Zelda: New Version Out In 2015, Fans Pay Tribute to the Soundtrack, And More News

The Legend of Zelda is one of the most popular and well-known game ever. It was the first game to start the “open world” gameplay that has now become the fad in the different games available in the market. The game made a mark for itself even before Grand Theft Auto and Skyrim was conceptualised and it’s come a long way having featured in different types of gaming consoles.

The Legend of Zelda fandom has found different ways to pay tribute to their favourite game. Two avid gamers and fans of this iconic gaming series have paid a musical tribute to their favourite game. Fans will know how memorable the scores of the game are. They were composed in 1986, when the game was first launched by Koji Kondo.

Jillian and Andrew Aversa, two musicians, have decided to produce a music video to pay their tribute to the game and also to the legendary composer Kondo, by using his legendary pieces. The couple has chosen the occasion of Video Games Live, a touring video game music show to pay their tribute.

The music video, directed by Landon Donoho, has Jillian dressed in full get-up, singing in Hylian with an accompanying orchestral arrangement by her husband, Andrew. The couple performs on two classical pieces- Zelda’s Lullaby and the Ballad of the Goddess.
