Sony will soon bring out the sequel to The Last of Us. Reports indicate that The Last of Us 2 will be unveiled in Electronic Entertainment Expo. Sony will reveal a trailer of The Last of Us 2 at E3, which is set to take place this month. CrossMap reports that fans should expect to see some concept art, a few interesting clips, for the highly anticipated game.
This is mainly considering the fact that the E3 is coming really soon. Telegraph UK reports that The Last of Us 2 is one of the most wanted games in this year’s E3. According to the publication, the sequel is expected to explore a new set of characters and locales as well. This clearly means that The Last of Us 2 will not focus completely on Joel and Ellie.
Rumors about The Last of Us 2 started when an Uncharted 4 Easter Egg revealed a poster saying The Last of Us 2: American Daughters. This gave rise to a lot of speculation, considering the involvement of Ellie’s mother, besides a pregnant Ellie. Meanwhile, fans are also wondering where Joel is.
Other rumors indicate that Ellie will be the lead protagonist of this game since she is a lot younger than Joel and possesses remarkable combat skills.
