The Expendables 4: Arnie Has Faith In The Franchise, Boxing Champ Pacquiao Offered Role, And More Details

Statham is not the only one who is excited about Sylvester Stallone creating a The Expendables franchise. We have Arnold Schwarzenegger himself who loves the films and has urged Sly to write the next one himself or get someone to write it for him.

Schwarzeneggar said in an interview to USA Today that believes that there is scope for another film in the series. He likes the idea of using an ensemble of action stars together in a single film and thoroughly enjoys the comedy that is there.

There is another rumour that Sly and Arnie are trying to convince Filipino boxing champion Manny Pacquiao a role in The Expendables 4. The rumour mills started when both Stallone and Schwarzeneggar was spotted ringside in the November 2014 match between Pacquiao and Chris Algieri in Macau.

The two action starts reportedly met up with the boxing champ and offered him the meaty offer in his locker room prior to the match. There were a lot of fun photos clicked and posted, but it looks like the offer will not reach fruition.

Pacquiao is interested, but his manager, Pineda has said that the boxer’s busy schedule will not let him take the offer.
