The 3.0-liter supercharged V6 good for 333 hp and 325-pound-feet of torque. When you compare this to an eight-speed transmission along with traction-optimized all-wheel grip, the acceleration you receive is in the mid 5-second mid-range.

These are impressive figures for a 2.5-ton wagon with 3.0 liters of engine displacement. The vehicle in the Prestige trim comes with a lot of advanced hardware which includes adaptive air suspension along with torque-vectoring and four-wheel steering, wiggling some very sporty 20-inch rubber. The vehicle is certainly capable of driving like a high-priced sports wagon.

The interior cabin is almost good and functional as in the previous generation model. The SUV further sports a standard panoramic sunroof and powered third-row seat.

The attention to detail is excellent and everything is of fine quality. However, in terms of refinement, it is no match to the Volvo XC90 or even the GL-Class. The Q7 doesn’t come with similar levels of richness.
