Supergirl Season 1 had shown Cat Grant (Calista Flockart) making it very clear that Kara will not remain her assistant and that she would get a new job. Now with Season 2 coming up, there are rumors that Kara Danvers might get a job as a journalist.
There are going to be five new characters who will be introduced in Supergirl Season 2. One of them is going to be Lex Luthor’s sister, Lena and another will be Nick Farrow.
Nick Farrow is going to be a character whose father is a reporter and who wants to make it big in the world. The Kara and Nick will constantly be at war with their words, but they will start spending more time together. This is a clear hint that Kara is also going to be a journalist.
Lena has been described as a character who is smart and good looking and she has moved to the National City to get away from her infamous brother’s shadow. The upcoming season is also going to introduce Maggie Swayer, the head of the National City Science Police.
