While talking to Costco Connection about the difference between the primary Star Wars films and the spin-offs that have happened, Kennedy said that the primary films focus on the family drama of Skywalker while the spin-offs are like anthologies and bring new characters and ideas.
There is a lot of fear that with Disney involved, the franchise is going to change in its look and film. While Abrams has continued to stand by the fact that they will not tamper the feel of the franchise, it’s for the fans to judge.
