Samsung Rolls Out The Android Marshmallow 6.0, Update To Optimize Battery Life, Android N Might Get Postponed!

While most of the phones are getting the Android Marshmallow 6.0 update; there are many phones, which have already received the update at the start of the year. These devices will be able to enjoy the Android 7.0 version, also known as the Android Nougat, or Android N. The latest Android is going to be rolled out by Google when it launches it new Nexus.

According to Gospel Herald, since Sony devices haven’t yet got the Android Marshmallow 6.0 update, there is a chance that the Android N update isn’t going to be available until 2017. Google will wait for the latest Android devices to get the update and then go ahead with the Android N release. It was previously believed that Android N is going to be available in the third quarter of 2016.

However, since numerous devices haven’t yet received the Android Marshmallow 6.0 update, the company is likely to wait it out until early next year. Sony’s C5 Ultra, Xperia M5, and C4 are all expected to get the update, but they are still waiting for it. Sony Xperia devices are also among the first that will receive the update for Android N.
