Samsung Galaxy S6 Receives Android 6.0 Marshmallow, Currently Available at A Discount of $150 At Walmart, S7 Series Selling Better Than the S6 Series!

Telus also has rolled out the update in Canada. However, much delay has been caused by the carrier in the rollout process which was quite upsetting for users. Various reports suggest that the update brings forth a new version of Samsung’s TouchWiz interface along with the new OS.

In other news, it was just recently reported that the newly rolled out Samsung Galaxy S7 series is selling quite better compared to the S6 series. As mentioned above, the microSD card slot on was sorely missed by users on the S6.

It has been brought back to the S7 series and it can be safely stated that it is indeed one of the contribution factors towards its success in terms of sales figures. Compared to the S6 and the S6 Edge, the sales percentage of the first month for the S7 and the S7 Edge has been 20 percent higher.

International Business Times reports that the Samsung Galaxy S6 is currently being offered at a $150 discount at Walmart. There is one catch though, to avail the discount, a customer will have to enlist with any of the carriers in the US. T-Mobile is an exception as that company is not offering the discount.

The discount will be provided as credit and the offer will be lasting till June 30.

Stay tuned for more update on Samsung Galaxy S6.
