Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Cases Leaked, Design Indicates the Absence of a microSD Card Slot and Removable Battery!

Additional rumors indicate that the Galaxy S6 Edge+ will feature a smaller 5.5/5.7inches display with 16MP/5MP rear and front facing cameras and a Snapdragon 808 processor under the hood. Right now, we have no idea as to when Samsung plans to launch these devices officially but earlier trends suggest it will be launched during the IFA event in September.

According to the patent filings of the company, the Galaxy Note 5 will include an automatic ejecting S-pen along with foldable features.

Meanwhile, Note customers are quite used to the idea of microSD expansion and as a result, even if Note 5 comes with a huge internal storage capacity, the presence of a microSD slot will be definitely missed. Furthermore, the absence of a non-removable battery means that users won’t be able to replace their stock battery even if it wears out.

  1. End of the ride for the Note series now with out the replaceable battery and SD slot. Too bad. I thought they would keep these at least on the Note for the more business style power user. An who ever sees the back of their phone when it has to stay in a case to keep it in decent shape for a couple years.

  2. Yes Alan. Better start looking elsewhere. What are other smartphones out there that has removable battery and microsd cards?
