There were a lot of rumors about Dance Moms Season 7 being canceled. Season 6 of Lifetime’s Dance reality show saw some of its leading dancers leaving. Maddie Ziegler and her sister, Mackenzie left the show along with their mother, Melissa Gisoni.
Maddie Ziegler said that she had to exit the show because of her commitments with Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance, but Mackenzie left the show since Gisoni felt that the ALDC coach, Abby Lee Miller wasn’t doing any good for her younger daughter’s career.
Abby Lee Miller seemed to be upset with the news that her star dancer, Maddie Ziegler was quitting the show to concentrate on other avenues, she came to terms with it. Abby Lee Miller might have been a tad rude to Maddie Ziegler, but she had her new student, Brynn Rumfallo to focus on.
The news of Maddie and Mackenzie’s departure was a shock to the fans. Many viewers watched the show because of these sisters, and they felt that the show wouldn’t be able to continue without these two. Maddie Ziegler has been the star of ALDC and Dance Moms since she had joined at the age of 8 years and her loss would be a great one for the show.
However, it looked like Abby Lee Miller was determined to continue with Dance Moms and there were rumors that she would be bringing in boys as well and had started focusing more on her little league than the primary dancers in Dance Moms.
Parent Herald has reported that the future of Dance Moms looks a little bleak. Lifetime might not have announced the cancellation yet, but things seem to be heading in that direction. Abby Lee Miller is currently looking for new dancers for the show since all the good dancers move on with their career and leave ALDC and the reality show.
Chloe Lukasiak was the first one to leave Dance Moms. She left the show Season 4 and since then her career has skyrocketed. There were rumors that given the dearth of dancers in Dance Moms Season 7, Abby Lee Miller is trying to get Chloe Lukasiak back for the show.
Lukasiak had reported said that she was pitted against her best friend Maddie Ziegler on the show by Abby Lee Miller, who would constantly blame and criticize her. Chloe Lukasiak realized that she would never be able to fulfill her dreams in ALDC since Abby Lee Miller would shower all her attention to her star dancer, Abby Lee Miller.
Abby Lee Miller might be at a loss now, and hence she feels that Dance Moms Season 7 is going to get some positive attention if Chloe Lukasiak back on the show. While Miller wants Chloe back, Chloe surely doesn’t want to get back to ALDC since she is happy with the new studio that she is training with and is enjoying her career.
Hofmag has reported that Nia Sioux has also left Dance Moms Season 7 to focus on her burgeoning career on Broadway. Nia Sioux got the big break in Broadway’s Trip of Love, and she has moved to New York City for it. Trip of Love is being choreographed and directed by James Walski and is officially opening on the 18th of October.
