Projections behind the Release of Asus Zenfone 2 and How It Triumphs Over Mi4 and OnePlus One, More News

In the camera department, the Asus Zenfone 2 totally wins on the selfie-camera specification with an 8MP camera in the front. It is powered by PixelMaster software which greatly enhances low light shooting. The shooting mode claims to snap photos that are 400% brighter. If the Zenfone 2 achieves this, it will impress customers greatly on the photographic need. The Zenfone 2, Mi4 and the OnePlus One, all offer 13 megapixel rear cameras, but the latter two devices have 5MP front shooters. All of the smartphones run on Android operating system.

However, OnePlus One offers a CyanogenMod OS based on Android KitKat platform while the Mi4 offers the stock KitKat version with an overlaid MIUI interface. The Asus Zenfone 2 totally wins here, with its Android Lollipop OS 5.0.1 out-of-the-box. Meanwhile, Cyanogen has confirmed to release the Lollipop based OTA update known as CM12s to customers with OnePlus One. Sadly, Xiaomi is still silent regarding the Lollipop availability for Xiaomi Mi4.

Meanwhile, the highly anticipated Asus Zenfone 2 smartphone is expected to be launched in India on 13th April. Asus delivered its promise on a Q2 launch and were quick about it.
