Panel At Comic-Con Tease A New Ghost Rider In Agents of SHIELD Season 4, Young Villain To Torment The SHIELD, Will Palicki And Blood Come Back? Let’s See

The panel for Agents of SHIELD at the San Diego Comic-Con was a grand affair. While the fans weren’t treated to any new trailers from the upcoming season, they did find out a lot of interesting things that they can look forward to in Agents of SHIELD Season 4. The shooting for the fourth season started a day before the Comic-Con and hence the cast and producers didn’t have any material on hand to show the visitors at the Comic-Con.

This didn’t mean that the visitors at the Agents of SHIELD panel meet at the Comic-Con were left disappointed. The panel made sure that the fans were treated to several old audition tapes for the series and also showed them bloopers from Agents of SHIELD. If this wasn’t enough, they also let out scoops on what the fans can expect from the upcoming season.

At the end of the panel meet, the viewers go to a see a short teaser that threw a hint on the presence of Ghost Rider in Agents of SHIELD Season 4. The teaser contained the words, ‘vengeance will come this fall’. There already were rumors about Ghost Rider’s presence in Agents of SHIELD Season 4 since there were images of flaming chains for the promotion of the series at the Comic-Con.

When the first image of the flaming chains was revealed, many felt that the Hellfire would be a part of Agents of SHIELD Season 4. However, this some felt isn’t possible since Hellfire had supported HIVE and there was no reason as to why he should be made the focus for the upcoming season. The idea of Ghost Rider coming in for Agents of SHIELD Season 4 didn’t make any sense initially since the comic books do not reveal any connection between the two.

However, this is what is going to happen in Season 4 of Agents of SHIELD. The story is going to look into a modern day Ghost Rider and not the original one from the Marvel Universe. The Ghost Rider, this time, is going to be Robbie Reyes (Gabriel Luna) who will be a teenager living in East LA. Instead of the flaming bike, he rides a car.

Since Gabriel Luna is young, the fans of the series are sure that the creative team is going to come up with some story appropriate for his age. There is a rumor that the story about Robbie Reyes coming in contact with the supernatural spirit is going to be different from what has been read by the comic book lovers. Robbie is going to be a high school student who works at an auto body shop.

In an attempt to make his and brother, Gabe’s life better, Robbie enters into a street car race, where he gets gunned down. The Agents of SHIELD decided to take in this story of the Ghost Rider because it was new and fitted their plot.

Instead of being possessed by the spirit of vengeance he is taken over by the spirit of a serial killer. The new story of the Ghost Rider is going to be based on the new comic on the character.

Jeph Loeb, the Executive Producer, and Head of Marvel Television said that Agents of SHIELD Season 4 is going to be one of the biggest seasons that the series has ever seen. According to Game Spot, when Vengeance is going to come into the SHIELD, everything is going to change. The new Ghost Rider is a good fit given that Marvel is making a change towards newer superhero and villains as can be seen with the coming of Doctor Strange.
