OnePlus One: Major Price-Cut Featured for Limited Time Only, New Oxygen OS Gets Rid Of Glitches, And More!

There was no mention regarding the reason behind this price-cut, but critics suggest that this could mean that OnePlus Two is arriving soon and the company wishes to clear stock ahead of it. The sale took place from 1st to 7th June, which provided a lot of time for users to attempt getting hold of one. Sadly, the deal excluded the Indian and Southeast Asia.

In other news, the company has now released a software patch for the OnePlus One, that gets rid of its ghost touch and swipe issues. Although this is a great piece of news for the present OnePlus One owners, there is a catch.

You will need to install the company’s proprietary Oxygen OS in order to get rid of these issues. However, this new OS firmware update will fix other underlying issues with the touch screen as well.

Stay tuned for more updates on OnePlus One!
