Minecraft: Finally Showing up for Wii U, Latest Update Introduces New Aspects to Other Console Versions of the Game, Nintendo eShop Crashes Temporarily After Minecraft Wii U Launch. And More

Some add-on packs and selection of skins that were released as paid content for other versions of the game will come packed along with Minecraft: Wii U for free.

Some of these add-ons and skins include the likes of Battle & Beasts Skin Pack, Battle & Beasts 2 Skin Pack, City Texture Pack, Fantasy Texture Pack, Natural Texture Pack and the Festive Mash-Up Pack.

It was reported by a renowned website that the Nintendo eShop where the Wii U version of Minecraft made its debut faced some problems right after the moment the game was released.

The Wii U version of the game is a long anticipated title and just as the game showed up on the eShop at the stroke of midnight yesterday, hardcore fans of the game logged themselves in to download the game at the earliest possible time.

However, many fans took to social media that they were not being able to download the game as the eShop started showing error messages and server disconnection warnings.

These problems continued throughout the night to the early part of the day till it was finally fixed. The eShop is back to normal functioning and the game is currently downloadable from it.
