Michael Bay Stays out Of Transformers 5, Jonathan Liebesman Rumored to Fill the Vacancy, And More

All of it gives rise to further speculations regarding the release date of Transformers 5. Optimus Prime blasted off into space at the end of the fourth installment of the Transformers franchise. Critics claim that this could mean Optimus’ arrival on Cybertron in the upcoming movie.

If that happens, he will probably go after the Quintessons, the 5-faced creators of the Autobots and Decepticons. All of this could lead to a lot of animated computer generated graphics. However, human interaction will be lessened through such an initiative.

In the meantime, the most depressing news so far is the absence of Michael Bay for Transformers 5. He has been directing this franchise since 2008, and this news comes as a major blow to Transformers fans all over the world.

However, Jonathan Liebesman’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, starring Megan Fox and Will Arnett wasn’t a bad movie at all. The plot definitely had a few holes in it. One of such gaping holes is Shredder, the primary antagonist to the Turtles since the last 30 years, went through an identity crisis. It indicates that William Fichtner’s character wasn’t supposed to end up as the Shredder, even though he was chosen for it.
