Radar Online reported that Abby Lee Miller has approached the court for permission to travel for business purpose. Abby Lee Miller has a legal case against her since she was charged for false declaration of bankruptcy. Even though she has legal commitments, she has decided to take some time off to tend to some business commitments in Pittsburgh.
Abby Lee Miller’s attorney had approached the court on the 13th of April to seek permission that would allow Abby Lee Miller to travel during the weekend. Miller had plans to travel from the 16th of April to the 20th of April.
Miller lives in West Coast, but she has some work related business in Pittsburgh. This wasn’t all, there are reports suggesting that Miller supposedly had submitted papers to travel to Europe from the 12th of March to the 1st of April.
Miller had received the documents that granted her the fifth motion to delay the filing of pretrial motion until 31st May. However, given how busy Abby Lee Miller is these days, fans hope that she will be able to be present on the day for the court proceedings.
Abby Lee Miller had previously pleaded not guilty to the case lodged against her. If she is found guilty, she will be seeing a prison time of five years along with a fine of $5 million.
