Luke Hemmings and Calum Hood seem to have written their song Castaway from their toilet seat. This recent information came out when 5 Seconds of Summer revealed in a Twitter video that they love the new song from their upcoming album Sounds Good Feels Good. The boys said that Castaway is one of their absolute favorite and the song was penned down from the toilet seat.
The tune for the song came to Luke Hemmings while he was peeing and he ended up recording the song to make the boys listen to it. After that he sat down with Calum Hood and the two added words to the tune.
