Lollipop Making Its Way to Sony Xperia Z3, Among Other Devices, Z3 No Longer Available On T-Mobile US, More Details

Sony’s Xperia Z4 has been leaking a lot of news, speculations and rumors lately. However, for now, Sony’s flagship smartphone remains the Xperia Z3. Sadly, for the people living in United States, this smartphone is no longer available for purchase from T-Mobile. It has been the only carrier to it so far besides Verizon having its customized Z3v. It’s still not clear why T-Mobile decided to stop selling the Sony Xperia Z3. It was available for less than six months at the magenta carrier.

However, from a move like this, we can safely assume that Sony Xperia Z3 sales haven’t been quite spectacular. As a result, the Japanese Technology Giant continues to face disappointment in the U.S, a market that it just hasn’t been able to crack, in respect to mobile devices. Meanwhile, it remains a mystery whether T-Mobile will start selling the Sony Xperia Z4 after it becomes official this year.

Among the big four in the U.S, T-Mobile has been the friendliest towards Sony. However, T-Mobile pulling the plug off Xperia Z3 might indicate a rift in relations between these two companies. The latest rumors suggest that Xperia Z4 will come with an 810 Snapdragon SoC processor, 32GB internal storage capacity, 20MP camera, 3GB RAM and a 5 megapixel camera on the front.
