Knockout Trailer Released for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Eclipse DLC, Mod Details That You Need to Know About This Title!

Treyarch released a trailer for the upcoming Zombie Map for the new Eclipse DLC and now Treyarch has released another trailer for one of the 4 multiplayer maps in Black Ops 3. Knockout takes place in an ornate Shaolin Temple and promises a mix of mid-range combat along with tight close-quarter battles.

The description reads, “This is no ordinary kung fu tournament. Set in an ornate Shaolin temple with a retro twist, Knockout delivers a sharp contrast between the mid-range engagements of the traditional exterior architecture and the tight close-quarters of an eclectic 1970’s-styled interior.”

In relation to Black Ops 3 news, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Double XP Weekends are usually announced by the Twitter account belonging to Treyarch. The latest event was revealed in the PlayStation Events Section by PlayStation 4.

According to the posting, they are celebrating the upcoming release of DLC 2: Eclipse with a double XP Weekend. The posting further read, “Live from Friday, April 15 through Monday April 18 at 10 a.m. PST, enjoy Double XP”.

The Eclipse DLC will release on 19th April for the PS4. Meanwhile, a recently made Game settings update for the game added a new supply drop location. A guaranteed taunt and gesture with each drop has been included in The Taunts and Gestures Bribe and it will further cost you 300 Call of Duty points. Keep in mind that the supply drop was only available till Thursday, 14th April and needs to be bought with CoD points.

Meanwhile, the next DLC pack for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 features a re-imagined map from Call of Duty World at War. Furthermore, it comes with a brand new chapter in the Zombies campaign. Zetsubou No Shima will arrive this month on the PS4.A part of the new chapter’s map, enemies and story were shown off in the new Zombies video.

For the people who are afraid of spiders, you are going to have to deal with some spiders on top of demons and zombies. The story follows the events of Der Eisendrache and you will find Dempsey, Nikolai, Takeo, and Richtofen are stranded on an isolated island in the Pacific.

There is a secret research lab in the Island which experiments with Element 115 and furthermore, it just so happens to create zombies. Zetsubou No Shima and four new multiplayers maps (Verge, Rift, Spire, and Knockout), are included in the new Eclipse DLC pack. It will arrive on 19th April for PS4. Due to an exclusivity deal with Sony, the DLC pack will arrive later on PC and Xbox.

In other news, Treyarch officially confirmed that the company will now support Black Ops 3 mods. The closed Black Ops 3 mods release date has finally been revealed and the invites have already started rolling out.

It will lead to an open beta that anyone with a PC can participate in and an official Black Ops 3 mod release date for PC will be confirmed soon after. Fans of Call of Duty have long created new game modes and there are loads of Call of Duty mods which breathe new life into the game as it ages and keep offering new styles of gameplay.
