It was reported that another voice actor, Bill Farmer will also be associated with the upcoming game. Now, Bill Farmer is the voice behind one of the most popular Disney characters- Goofy.
Farmer recently stated- “I have been making progress on vocals for several years off and on. But, I don’t know why it’s taking so long as my last session was well over a year ago. Maybe it’s that massive. It will probably be worth the wait.”
Reports also suggest that a dark plot related to Goofy will be explored in the game. In the previous game, fans witnessed his separation from Sora just when he was about to take on the final boss of the game.
Goofy and Sora have been together since the first game of the series and their separation raised many questions. It is being speculated that the developers will shed more light on the matter with the upcoming game.
Tetsuya Nomura had earlier stated that the game will feature more than one playable character. He revealed that among the multiple playable characters that will be featured in the game, players will be able to control at least three.
However, he did not specifically mention as to which are the characters that players will be able to control. He also added that the battle system of the game has been reworked and it will be better than the previous games.
Kingdom Hearts 3 is currently in its developmental stages and the game will be released for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
