Kingdom Hearts 3: To Feature Three Playable Characters and Modified Battle System, Rumored to Release This Year, And More Details

It was previously reported that Kingdom Hearts 3 will feature three worlds which are- Hercules, Big Hero 6 and Tangled. The latest batch of rumors suggest that three more worlds might be incorporated into the game by the developers.

These three worlds that might be added to the game aside from Bog Hero 6, Tangled and Hercules are Wall-E, Monsters Inc and The Emperor’s New Groove.

Previous rumors claimed that Kingdom Hearts 3 might be the last game of the franchise and it will bring a conclusion to the journeys and adventures of Sora. This news became the reason of disappointment for numerous Kingdom Hearts fans.

However, they would be relieved to know that Nomura has confirmed that Sora’s journey will continue beyond Kingdom Hearts 3. He also stated that he has not discussed anything with Disney regarding ending the franchise with Kingdom Hearts 3.

As of yet, there have been no specific announcements regarding a release date for the game from the developers. However, it is being speculated that the game will hit the market sometime later in the ongoing year. It will be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
