Katy Perry is an American singer, songwriter and actor who was born on October 25, 1984. The renowned celebrity is currently making the headlines for having a run-in with boyfriend Orlando Bloom’s ex-wife- Miranda Kerr.
They came face to face at the Moschino Spring/Summer 17 runway show which was put on by designer Jeremy Scott. Jeremy Scott is a good friend of Katy Perry and she was there to support her friend during his show.
As for Miranda Kerr, she was seen opening the show. Fans might think that the situation would be awkward for both Katy Perry and Miranda Kerr. However, a number of reports state that none of them were uncomfortable with each other’s presence at the show. They were even seen chatting together and taking selfies.
It was clear that there was no bad blood between the duo. It was reported that Miranda Kerr spotted Katy Perry at the backstage and went straight up to her to greet her. They greeted each other with a hug and later posed for photos to be taken. As mentioned above, they themselves took selfies of them together too.
Katy Perry reportedly cheered and clapped for Miranda Kerr when the latter was seen hitting the ramp. There was no trace of tension between the two and both of them seemed quite happy to have come across each other.
Katy Perry was seen taking a number of photos with Jeremy Scott and Jeremy posted them on his Instagram account. He captioned one such image with the words- “SUCK A F**KN ROCKSTAR !!! MY BESTIE @katyperry DECKED OUT IN MOSCHINO LAST NIGHT!”
As for Miranda Kerr, she posted an image of herself on the ramp and expressed her gratitude towards Jeremy Scott for letting her open his show.
Katy Perry wore a long-sleeved black pantsuit to the show. The dress was detailed with multicolored rhinestones. Needless to say, Perry looked quite dazzling in the outfit.
Her hair was swept to one side and she was seen wearing black eyeliner around her eyes. She teamed up her outfit with a pair of black boots and went for a minimum accessories look, sporting just a pair of earrings and a ring on her left hand.
She was seen sitting in the front row next to Caitlyn Jenner at the show. They were spotted chatting with each other and having a great time.
Candis Cayne, a friend of Caitlyn Jenner and also her co-star in I Am Cait was also seen together with them at the show. Amber Rose and director Jeremy Scott was also present in the gathering. Katy Perry was also seen taking selfies with Caitlyn Jenner.
In other news, it has just been confirmed that Jake Bailey, who used to be the make-up artist for Katy Perry had indeed committed suicide. He met his death in October 2015 and initial reports suggested that the cause of death was carbon monoxide poisoning.
The latest autopsy report has confirmed this assumption and it states that Jake burned charcoal inside his car in a ceramic bowl and that is what caused his death. The reports stated- “Handwritten signs indicating caution of vapors were taped on the passenger and driver’s side windows. The search of the residence revealed several typed and handwritten suicide notes.”
Apparently, Jake wrote the notes addressing his mother and his personal assistant. It was also revealed that some of the contents that were found inside the car, were a clear indication of the fact that Jake was in a state of depression before his death. Some apologies and suicidal ideations have also been recovered from his car.
