Jennifer Aniston Is Excited To Know Cox and Perry Is Getting Married!

Jennifer Aniston is a complete package. She has a sparkling smile and a flawless body along with a hot husband and flowing tresses. However, it comes with a lot of hard work. In order to get that body, she follows a healthy diet of organic fruits and vegetables and at the same time, she stays hydrated. She has a fitness plan for yoga and cardio workouts and she is also a brand ambassador for Smartwater.

Her stylish hair is the result of skilled stylist Chris McMillan. Meanwhile, her chicken coop takes regular caring and also an organized fencing system that keeps the chicks away from the hens. Yahoo food had the opportunity to speak with Jennifer Aniston regarding her diet and she talked about the health plan it takes to keep her glamorous homestead well-fed.

Jennifer Aniston is presently filming the war drama “The Yellow Birds” and she revealed her innermost feelings involving caviar. She also talked about the kind of vegetable that you will never find in her refrigerator. Yahoo asked her about “New Year’s” time when people make a lot of New Year resolutions and try out new diets.

She was asked about her diet philosophy in general. She stated, “I don’t let eating habits get out of control where I need a reset button. My general philosophy is to eat healthy. It’s pretty clear: eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep.

I allow myself to indulge once in a while. I’m good at keeping my starches to a minimum. I don’t like ‘white’ foods, and I’ll always cut back on some breads if I’m trying to slim down for something special. But I don’t give myself any rules anymore.” Next, Yahoo asked her about her refrigerator staples.

She revealed that she has always cut raw vegetables in a Tupperware container. According to her, hard-boiled eggs are always great to have in your fridge and there should also be a big head of butter lettuce. She also includes protein like pulled chicken.

Meanwhile, talking about her forbidden foods, she stated, “Beets are not in our refrigerator, I’m not a fan. And you won’t find caviar. Nope, you can’t acquire that taste no matter how many people say that. It’s just a s***** taste.”

She revealed that both Justin and she love to tinker in the kitchen. They make a pasta carbonara which is pretty easy. They use eggs from their chickens and at the same time, they make it skinny style where turkey bacon is used instead of real bacon, parmesan and eggs. No butter, creams or oils are used.

They also use pasta water in order to make it juicier. Meanwhile, Justin makes great huevos rancheros and she is highly fortunate to be at the end of it. They have 15 chickens in the backyard which they inherited when they bought the property. They received 6 to 8 baby chicks for holidays over the last two years.

While talking about a fad diet, she stated, “Sure, the Grapefruit Diet. I think there was a watermelon one, and if you just think about it for two seconds, if anyone just lives on watermelon, you’re going to lose weight. But the taco one I’m riveted by… I can see that being something.”
