Jailbreak for Apple iOS 9.2.1 Might Not Release as iOS 9.3 Looms Near, Developer Groups Are More Focused On iOS 9.3 Jailbreak!

Considering the latest batch of reports, it seems like we might have a new jailbreak available soon for iOS 9.3. @enMTW issued some tweets that a jailbreak for Apple iOS 9.3 could be in the horizon. This certainly sounds hopeful.

Apparently, the hacker has managed to jailbreak the latest iOS 9.3 beta 3 versions and a new jailbreak tool will be released when iOS 9.3 is out. During a Twitter conversation, he further mentioned that a jailbreak will happen soon and people were suggested not to ask for ETA or hurry him regarding the release.

He is friends with Luca Todesco as well. He is a hacker who showed off a working jailbreak on iOS 9.2, 9.2.1 and even 9.3. He further confirmed that the jailbreak is legitimate. Luca Todesco managed to jailbreak iOS 9.2.1 but he also admitted that it wasn’t easy at all.

In spite of his success, he decided not to spill the beans regarding how he managed it and furthermore, he opted against releasing his very own jailbreak to the public.

He admitted that it was extra difficult jailbreaking it when compared to previous software releases. This is the reason why jailbreak groups like TaiG and Pangu are yet to release their own 9.2.1 jailbreak versions.
