Rockstar has just released a brand new DLC for the multiplayer version of GTA 5 which is GTA 5 Online. This new DLC has been titled Be My Valentine and it has been specially designed keeping the Valentine theme in mind. The update is available for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
The update brings forth a number of new aspects to the game which includes vehicles, outfits and other things. One of the most significant addition that the update will bring to the game is a brand new game mode which is being called the Till Death Do Us Part Adversary Mode. The Till Death Do Us Part is actually a couple-based mode and it was released on 12th February.
The Be My Valentine update will bring a new model of the Albany Roosevelt vehicle which is found in the game. Players will be able to purchase this vehicle from the Legendary Motorsport.
Rockstar has taken the classic Roosevelt model and updated it in various ways to create the new Albany Roosevelt. Players will have the freedom to modify the car in many different ways at the Los Santos Customs.
The car will feature spotlights on its side and the purpose of these spotlights will be to act as high beams. At the Los Santos Customs, a spare wheel can be added to the backside to the car which not only improves its overall appearance but also works towards enhancing the traction of the car.
The Gusenberg Sweeper machine gun which has gained popularity among fans will once again become purchasable at Ammu-Nation after the update.
Apart from the car and the gun, the DLC will bring about several new clothing and accessories. The men’s clothing department will feature new additions which include, suits, boxer shorts and vests. Bustiers, stockings and dresses will be added to the female clothing department through the expansion pack.
Players can browse and purchase these new attires in the clothing stores that are located in Los Santos. The previous Valentine’s Day clothes which were added to the game last year will also be brought back once again with the latest update.
It has been previously seen that the developers promptly remove these new DLC articles from the game after some time. However, this time, Rockstar has stated that they will not remove these new articles from the game and players will have access to these items for an indefinite period of time.
As for the new Till Death Do Us Part mode, it allows teams of two to take on three other teams in a series of challenges. Each team will have two players but will have only one life. Which means that the death of one player results in the defeat of the team as a whole.
Rockstar stated that when one member of the team dies, it results in the death of the other partner by self-inflicted methods or in other words by suicide. Players can indulge in this mode of gameplay from the Adversary Mode option which is found in the pause menu of the game.
This mode will be playable in five different locations spanned across the entire map of the game. One significant feature of this mode is the health regeneration option. By staying close to each other, a couple will become eligible to receive health regeneration bonuses.
It is being rumored that Rockstar might release another DLC for the game in the ongoing month. The Lowriders 2 DLC has been the topic of discussion across a number of forums lately.
A Twitter user by the name of TezFunz recently stated that the current time trials within the game are scheduled to come to an end in the month of February and the developers might add fresh time trials to it through the Lowriders 2 DLC.
