Drew said that her character has evolved multi-fold since the time she debuted on the series and if the growth continues in the same fashion then there is no question of her leaving the show and moving on. She feels it is an honor to be part of such a great show and to get an opportunity to work with such a great team of writers and actors.
Grey’s Anatomy Season 12 will have Chandra Wilson making a comeback as Bailey. This time she is going to go all out to become a chief of surgery at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Bailey was one of the best doctors in the hospital before her personal life took a toll on her profession.
Bailey is going to be back where she belongs and she will do all it takes to build her reputation back. Chandra Wilson spoke about her role in the upcoming season will talking to Zap2it. She said that there’s going to be a self-confidence in her character that has been missing from her in the past. She knows that she has a great deal to achieve and she is capable of doing so.
Ellen Pompeo, well known as Meredith Grey has told The Hollywood Reporter that things are going to be different in Grey’s Anatomy Season 12. Every time they lose somebody from the cast there is a shift in the story. This change is what keeps the writers and the viewers going.
