Elder Scrolls 6 Will Release by 2017, Bethesda Needs to Make It Perfect, And More

A new Elder Scrolls game is released by Bethesda every four years ever since Skyrim was released back in 2011. A lot of people were expecting Bethesda to release a new title this year besides Elder Scrolls Online being released by Bethesda sometime back.

According to the Vice President of Bethesda Softworks, Elder Scrolls 6 won’t be releasing anytime soon. In fact, they are probably still working on it at the moment.

There are loads of rumors and speculations about the upcoming Elder Scrolls 6. Bethesda hasn’t confirmed its existence, but there are lots of rumors circulating online, regarding this topic.

However, we need to confirm that Elder Scrolls 6 is actually under development. Earlier, a survey was conducted by Ubisoft, regarding which games people are mostly looking forward to.

One of the games that were found to be listed in the survey was Elder Scrolls 6 or Skyrim 2. In the meantime, Pete Hines interview with The Telegraph revealed that Elder Scrolls 6 is actually under development.

Furthermore, he actually said Skyrim 2 and the latest rumors indicate that Elder Scrolls 6 won’t be actually based on Morrowind or Oblivion. Meanwhile, Pete Hines said something that has been circulating in various forums for quite some time.

This is exactly what he said, “It’s rare to have franchises like the ones we have and to have people joking about ‘when is Skyrim 2 coming out?’

The reason they say that is because generally speaking that’s what you’d be getting with another publisher in charge. They’d be spitting out a Skyrim 2 the year after or two years later. That’s just not how we view it.

We’re not the sort of publisher that focuses on ‘what’s our 25 titles for 2015’.” He further continued that that they mainly do smaller stuff and they don’t publish to scale. On the contrary, they like publishing in quality. They try to do everything that is noteworthy and that approach hasn’t differed at all.

They tend to change their approach regarding some stuff here and there, but the overall gist remains the same. Meanwhile, in terms of location, there are loads of rumors creating a debate between Elsweyr and Valenwood. When considering the title, people are wondering whether it will be called Argonia, Redguard or just Skyrim 2.

Sadly, you will need to remove Redguard from your list since there is already a game called ‘The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard’. Some people are requesting Bethesda to make a multiplayer Elder Scrolls title.

However, it is being highly doubted whether Bethesda will release Elder Scrolls 6 as a multiplayer title. There hasn’t been an announcement of a release date, but we can expect it to launch in 2017.

Meanwhile, most people have already played Fallout 4 for too many hours and still completed only like one or two main quests. There are just a lot of things to do in the beautifully detailed world of Boston. Getting caught up in Bethesda’s RPG is something that has affected everybody, both veterans and newbies alike.

However, keep in mind that Fallout 4 has some issues, similar to Skyrim before it. There are loads of things that are responsible for holding the game back from sheer greatness.

Therefore, Bethesda needs to learn from their mistakes made in Skyrim and Fallout 4 and then decide how they can prevent them from happening in Elder Scrolls 6.

There will be no denying that Elder Scrolls 6 was a perfect masterpiece. A lot of girls were deprived of their boyfriends for quite some time, all thanks to Skyrim. When you look at Skyrim, you will notice the fact that it is ugly.

  1. I’m glad I’m not the only person who felt this way. I would always have to use “Clear Skies” to let the sun shine a little bit. To be fair, what they did depicted the time period and environment perfectly. Based on what they were going for, it was dead on. But was “historical” accuracy worth sacrificing every bit of color? Methinks not. It seems so stupid to complain about, but it was overwhelming as hell. Dark caves, thick clouds…..all the time…..

  3. I was quite sick of the snow and brown in Skyrim. I would actually have to go outside in the real world to shake of the feeling of oppression. Please let the next elder scrolls be nice and sunny.

  5. You two are cray. The dark and bleak world is actually pretty dynamic. Play PC version and you have mod options to alter your world. Overall sick game. Great world and great landacape. If you don’t like it…cool go outside and play on a swing set. I’ll be getting wasted in Solutide and doing whatever the Dragonborn does
