The statement appears quite simple for the casual gamers but the hardcore gamers out there have found out a lot, considering what Bethesda has declared. Therefore, they are wondering at this point, whether Bethesda is actually working on the development of Elder Scrolls 6.
Meanwhile, it has been reported countless times before and reports indicate that Bethesda is working on various high-profile titles like Fallout 4, Dishonored 2, Doom along with its various Mod Tools and DLCs.
According to Inquisitr, they are further working on expansion packs for Elder Scrolls Online and developing Battlecry as well. However, Bethesda is known to surprise gamers and they managed to keep Fallout 4 a secret and pulled a fast one on its fans. In fact, Bethesda declared that the game was ‘basically done’ before their announcement on July in E3.

The next Elder Scrolls game is very unlikely to have multiplayer as it’s not a multiplayer type of game. Fallout and Elder Scrolls have always been that way, and likely always will. It just wouldn’t fit well. Bethesda’s title are single player for a reason. It’s the same reasons the Witcher series would never have multiplayer, or Thief, or Dishonored, or many other single player games.
