Dancing with the Stars popular duo, Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy, who rose to fame with Dancing with the Stars are on tour. They will be touring America to show off their dancing skills. The Maks and Val Live on Tour: Our Way will be on 45 venues all over the country and will start from June.
In an interview with People Magazine, Maks informed that they will be using their tour to tell their story. He also joked that he will set straight all the doubts that people have about them. Which of them are taller or which of them have better hair. He said that the audience shouldn’t take such things lightly since they are very important.
The brothers have a very good chemistry and they have a friendly competition to prove that one is better than the other. Maks and Val joked about how the tour will help them make the audience realize that one of them is taller and their verdict should be considered to be the final one.
Keeping the jokes aside, Enstarz reported how the brothers intend to showcase their bonding on stage. The brothers have shared a common passion for dancing since a very young age. The tour will finally a wish fulfillment where they will be able to perform on stage together.
The brothers spoke how important it is for them to perform together and also that it feels good to get the chance to perform with family. They agreed to the amazing working relationship they had and how the two have each other’s back. The tour will be a theatrical dance show that will tell the story of two brothers and the passion they have for life and family.
The brothers didn’t perform in Dancing with the Stars together. While Maksim Chmerkovskiy participated in the second season of Dancing with the Stars, Valentine joined it in 2011.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy is a profession Latin Ballroom dance champion and he also performs in the Broadway. Maks also won the Mirrorball Trophy in 2014. He is engaged to Dancing with the Stars Peta Murgatroyd.
US Magazine had reported that Peta Murgatroyd would end up with Maks was very evident. Peta herself said that she knew that she and Maks would end up together. The two had broken up in 2013 after starting to date in 2012. Peta Murgatroyd said that they always knew that they would end up together, but weren’t sure when it would take place.
Dancing with the Stars BFF Peta Murgatroyd and Sharna Burgess came on Us Weekly and they gushed about the proposal. Burgess said that she had a feeling that Maks will propose, but she couldn’t be there to see the moment. She joked about how she had warned Maks to do it and knew that it was coming because the two of them were so into each other.
