Chinese Investor Funds The Expendables 4, Darker And Bloodier Than Before, Production Dates Might Be Pushed Back

Terry Crew has made it very clear that he will only be on board for The Expendables 4 if Sylvester Stallone is there, whom he looks up to like a father figure. Terry Crew considers his place in Hollywood is because of Stallone and hence will listen to him. Now that Stallone is going to be the producer for Ultimate Beastmaster, a reality show coming up on Netflix, Terry Crew appears likely to be a part of that show as the host.

While there is no confirmation on when The Expendables 4 is going to start production, Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger have begun looking for actors to join the franchise. Master Herald has reported that the duo is considering Nicolas Cage, Clint Eastwood, Al Pacino, Jack Nicholson and Robert De Niro. There were reports that they are considering Jackie Chan and Manny Pacquiao as well, but they are believed to be rumors.

It is believed that The Expendables 4 is going to be shot extensively in China and will be funded by a Chinese investor. The supposedly has a budget of $100 million, and they can begin their production by fall, this year.

The Expendables 3 had done exceptionally well in China, and the producers feel that if The Expendables 4 is shot in the country, it has a good chance of being a blockbuster there.
