Bill Goldberg Talks About His WWE 2K17 Deal, Brock Lesnar Has Been Officially Announced To Be the Cover Athlete of This Game!

2K Sports provided a press release where Brock Lesnar said that he had defined his career by decimating every opponent presented before him. He is honored to be the cover Superstar of WWE 2K17 and also represent the title as the franchise’s ambassador.  Earlier, Lesnar was the cover athlete in UFC: Undisputed 2010.

This had taken place before the UFC license was taken by EA Sports. THQ was the sole publisher of UFC games back then. Lesnar enjoyed a successful collegiate wrestling career at the University of Minnesota and soon became the NCAA champ.

He also became the youngest WWE champion ever. He decided to bid farewell to WWE in 2004 and get involved in mixed martial arts. Brock Lesnar is the only man who holds a UFC and WWE Heavyweight Championship title.

He was forced to come out of MMA due to illness, and returned in 2012 to WWE, as a part-time superstar. He enjoyed another run as WWE World Heavyweight Champion after ending Undertaker’s unbeaten WrestleMania streak.

In other news, Goldberg hinted the possibility of his return to WWE, while promoting his upcoming films, Bauer, and Check Point. He said through Forbes that he doesn’t have any issue regarding working in WWE, similar to how he got involved with 2K’s WWE 2K17. At the moment, fans will have to settle for his virtual comeback to WWE.
