He said that he had a chance to visit the production office in New Zealand and is very excited about Avatar 2. Avatar released way back in 2009 and since then 20th Century Fox has waited for James Cameron to complete his vision.
Avatar created cinematic history, becoming the highest grossing film ever made, with a box office business of $2.78 billion. If Avatar 2 crossed even half the mark set by Avatar, then it will be the fifth highest grossing film.
James Cameron has reportedly said that he will not hurry the process in spite of the long wait, because he is not ready to compromise on the quality of his vision.
