Asus has always been popularly known for making computer components. When we hear the brand Asus the only things that we can think of is the GPUs and the motherboards that the Taiwan-based company makes. The facts are a little different than our perceptions.

Asus has a wide range of products. From components to computers, laptops, tablets and mobiles the company makes it all. It has been producing mobiles since the time we had Windows powered phones.

Ever since the coming of Android, Asus has been a major player when it comes to making tablets and phone + tablets. It was evident that they will last out in the Android mobile market, and it certainly has.

The Asus Zenfone 2, it comes out as the second generation Zenfone and succeeds Zenfone 5. It does sound strange, but the original scheme of naming devices was on the basis of the size of the display that the phone will have. They are moving away from it now.

Zenfone comes as a budget phone with some awe-inspiring specifications. The specifications of the phones are very impressive for the price range the device falls into. The phone runs on a high powered Quadcore Atom processor that is made by Intel. It is backed with 2 GB of RAM and has a 5.5-inch display. The screen is an IPS screen with 1080p full HD resolution.
