An upcoming Assassin’s Creed game has been confirmed and reports indicate that it’s being currently developed by Ubisoft. Originally, it was believed that the game would be called Assassin’s Creed: Victory, but after a live stream reveal on 12th May, it’s now known that it will be named Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate. There is no sign of the live stream video that is ready for re-watch, however you can check out the recently released debut trailer and gameplay trailer. Earlier, it was reported that Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate would be released in December 2015, however, recent reports indicate that the game will be actually released worldwide on 23rd October for the Xbox One and PS4 and later during autumn, it will be released on the PC. After a leak occurred, revealing some convenient images and information regarding the upcoming installment, Ubisoft finally revealed details about a future Assassin’s Creed game.

After the leak, Ubisoft told PC Gamer that it is always unfortunate when the internal assets which are not meant for public consumption are actually leaked to the internet. Ubisoft was referring to several screenshots that were taken from a gameplay footage video, collected by Kotaku. Ubisoft further declared that they surely welcome any anticipation regarding their future titles but they are quite disappointed for their fans and their development team due to the leak of their conceptual art.

According to them, Ubisoft’s Quebec studio has been hard at work on Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate for the past few years and they are excited to officially reveal what the studio has been working on. On 12th May, after the official declaration of Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, pre-orders of the game began. A season-pass for future downloadable content was included with the Gold Edition worth £69.99, an exclusive Baker Street outfit and the Darwin and Dickens conspiracy mission.
