Arrow Season 4 will see Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) coming in as the villain. His is a character that had a very minor role in the comic book version of Arrow, but the creators have decided to take the character and create one of the best TV villains ever. This season will Damien Darhk revealing some more of his powers.
The most anticipated aspect of Arrow Season 4 is the crossover with Flash. In the eight episode of Arrow Season 4 Flash (Grant Gustin) and Arrow (Stephen Amell) will team up against Vandal Savage (Casper Crump). This exciting crossover will be the second between the two superhero television series.
The episode titled Legends of Yesterday will see Flash in Star City where he is seeking a safe refuge for Kendra Saunders (Ciara Renée) against Vandal. Oliver meets up with Barry aka Flash and helps him find a safehouse for Kendra.
Oliver gets his team consisting of Felicity Smoak, Thea Queen, Laurel Cassidy and John Diggle to devise a plan with Barry to defeat Vandal. VC Post has hinted that although Vandal is immortal, he might end up losing the battle against Flash and Arrow.
