Apple iPad Air 3 Slated to Release Early Next Year, Compared to the Latest Samsung Galaxy Tab S2!

The primary camera of this device is 8 megapixels and the secondary camera will offer 2.1 megapixels. People who want a more compact tablet will love the iPad Air 3 as it is thinner than its predecessor.

We all know that Samsung and Apple are serious competitors when it comes to Apple and Samsung. Samsung released their latest device, the Galaxy Tab S2, back in September and the Apple’s upcoming iPad Air 3 should provide some serious competition.

The Tab S2 comes with 8.0 and 9.7 inch variants and it is considered to be the thinnest of its kind at a thickness of just 5.6 millimeters. However, rumors indicate that the iPad Air 3 will have a thickness of 5 mm.

In terms of specs, the Galaxy Tab S2 has an Exynos 7 Octa SoC processor and a Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2048×1536 pixels. The Retina display on the iPad Air 3 will have a display resolution of 3112×2334 pixels and will have 2-4GB of RAM, while being powered by A9 or A9X chipset.

The S2 lacks the presence of a front shooter but has a primary camera of 8 megapixels. The iPad Air 2 has the same camera specifications but with a front camera of 2.1 megapixels. The Samsung Tab S2 has a starting price of $400 compared to the iPad Air 3 priced at $619.
