Matt Bomer has gone on to say that he loves working with Ryan Murphy. The whole unit feels like a community, and the feeling is exhilarating. He had old Ryan Murphy how much he had enjoyed his short stint in American Horror Story Season 4, and Murphy offered him the opportunity to come back in the upcoming season.
Cheyenne Jackson and Matt Bomer had collaborated with Murphy in the hit series Glee. Bomer was also featured in a guest role in Ryan Murphy’s film for HBO, The New Heart and even went on to win a Golden Globe for this role.
The shooting for the thirteen episodes of American Horror Story Season 5 is set to start in the summer at Los Angeles, unlike the earlier series which were shot extensively in New Orleans. This is going to be the first season that Jessica Lange, who has been a series regular, will not be retuning for.
At the PaleyFest, Lange said that she loved playing the four characters in American Horror Story. She is a great fan of the show written by Murphy and Brad Falchuk, but will be taking a break from the series in Season 5.
