American Horror Story Season 5 To Bring Together Bentley, Bomer And Lady Gaga!

A new freak has joined the star cast of American Horror Story Season 5. The season 5 casting has announced that Wes Bentley will be joining in for the new season. There is news from the co-creator of the miniseries, Ryan Murphy that Matt Bomer and Cheyenne Jackson will also star in the series.

This will be Wes Bentley’s second role in the popular FX series. He was a part of the star cast in the Season 4 of the American Horror Story called Freak Show. The 36-year old actor played the role of a character called Edward Mordrake. His character was based on a real-life story of an Englishman in the 19th century who had a face on the back of his head and was capable of evil things. When doctors couldn’t operate and remove the face, he supposedly committed suicide at the age of 23 years.

In the American Horror Story: Freak Show, Edward Mordrake, had joined a freak show. On the night of Halloween, he ended up killing the entire troupe. It is because of this reason that the freak shows never have a performance on the Halloween night since they do not want to call on the evil spirit of Edward Mordrake. In the show, the freak show owner Elsa Mars (Jessica Lange) never believed in the superstition and Mordrake claims her life.

There is no official news about what character Wes Bentley will portray in American Horror Story: Hotel. The news was revealed at a panel discussion at the PaleyFest with old and new characters from the series. Murphy revealed the actors who would be joining Bentley in the upcoming season. He will be joined by singing sensation Lady Gaga and The White Collar star Matt Bomer.

Lady Gaga has since confirmed the news and has taken to promote the upcoming season. Matt Bomer is excited about his return to American Horror Story Season 5. This will be the second time that the actor will be joining American Horror Story. He was seen in a brief role in the fourth season.
